Returns

Goods purchased from our online store can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returned goods must not bear any damage, signs of use and must be in the original box with all accessories. The seal cannot be removed!

Returned products must be packed in an additional protective box.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.

The refund or exchange will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days of receipt.

How to make a return?

1) Download and fill out the return form.

2) Put the box with the shoes in an extra protective box.

3) Put the completed return form in the package.

4) Send the package by courier. You can send the returned products via www.inpost.pl/SzybkieNadania or any other carrier.
